Ken and me have been so busy that we left the planning of sweetie pie's birthday to the very last minute. At least we booked the function room, now what is left is the cake, food, deco, guests, Megan's new clothes and shoes etc...
We do not want to repeat the chaos of too many people AGAIN so we split the celebration into two separate Fridays!! 12th for ken's side of the family and our few close friends with children while 18th to my side of the family.
I have no idea how to decorate the area until Dolly inspired me with her polka dots & Elmo theme for Jake. The party deco theme shall be orange and white and walls decorated with playful little tigers - literally Megan the little tigress!! Cross my fingers that the scheme turns out ok...
Thank goodness for the help of chye chye, lewis, meiling, Robin and wife... Ken gives the thumbs up!

She is totally in a grumpy mood... OMG I look like an old auntie....
There is something about first birthdays that always feature an oversize cake. We belong to the cliche group and ordered a massive baby dress cookies and cream cake. Surprise surprise, it tastes good.
Gyan is so sweet. He says he wanted to pass his present to Megan himself. It was a big and heavy present and he waited very long for Megan to acknowledge him... Sigh... Megan, please be nicer to Gyan next time ok?

Catching up with Stacey is so good... Ejin pointed out that Megan's head is SO much bigger than Shanice's!!! gee.. that is true.

I always love to see Megan and Erin together...Erin is alwayss so sweet and gentle while Megan all over the place. Poor Erin was trying to reach out to Megan and interact but Megan was only interested in lazing on Ken and biting her hands!!! Ah duh!!
