JieJie Pig said "let's stay in a house made of wood so it would not be blown away by the Big Bad Wolf".
So they checked into a house made of wood. For additional protection, Didi and JieJie stayed upstairs, Mummy and Daddy Pig held the fort downstairs. They were safe.
Daddy Pig said "get outside and seek your fortunes". So the piggies roam the streets of the big big world.
Soon enough, the little pigs got hungry. And eat, they can.
Nothing can make Didi Pig concentrate as much as Xiao Long Bao. Jie Jie Pig had never eaten taro balls and suddenly it became her all time craving.
Everywhere they went, they took the trains.
The Big Bad Wolf did not follow the Piggie family to Taiwan. So they made a bold move to check into a house with glass walls. watch the night stars. JieJie Pig can star gaze at night and Didi Pig felt safe enough to head out to catch butterflies all morning.
Life in the glass house was good. Bathroom was even heated. Perfect for the little piggies soaking in the tub! The only thing lacking was a hot pot for the piggies to eat shabushabu in the winter cold. That would be nice.
They explored the mountains in the day...
... in the evenings...
... and into the nights...
They got lost in the mazes and roam the beaches.
Sand, caves and pavilions...
Let the cold ocean wind blow. But the smell of sulphur in the hot spring water the piggies soaked in the morning lingered in their hair and clothes.
Instead of working hard, the piglets wasted their afternoons playing games...
Even Mummy Pig joined in. Daddy Pig was shocked!
When minutes turned into hours at the Pachinko machines (with Didi Pig non stop winning), the rest of the family knew they had to make some serious decisions and move on. City life had corrupted the little one.
Wet farm lands and obstacle courses exhausted the piglets' energies.
After 9 days of fun and exploration in Taiwan, the Piggie family was ready to head back home to their pig sly and live happily ever after...
